Tiffany Harris

Rehabilitation Coordinator : Adult PRP

Tiffany Harris was born and raised in West Baltimore. She attended Lake Clifton Eastern Senior High school, BCCC and Coppin State University where she studied addiction counseling/human services and  psychology.  Tiffany has worked in human services with a concentration on women and children in office, residential group home settings and detention for over 15 years.  These populations include but were not limited to LGBTQIA+ and female youth who have been sexually exploited and trafficked, single mothers facing disparities, disabilities and suffering from mental health issues. Tiffany's passion for human services and mental health grew as an employee working for the State of Maryland Dept of Juvenile Services  in 2011.  Tiffany later became a certified  residential child youth care practitioner, psychiatric rehabilitation counselor/coordinator and then a life coach. "I'm passionate about helping people in need, and finding them the opportunities to exceed by way of resources, teaching and helping them to enable their coping and mood management."

Supportive Services

Our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) is designed to empower clients by enhancing their independence and self-sufficiency. Tailored to individual needs and goals, our supportive services program focuses on developing skills for better conflict resolution and reducing the need for psychiatric hospitalizations. Spanning six weeks, each session is a step towards building a more resilient and independent future.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy at BHMHS offers a personalized approach to mental health care, providing a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. With a focus on fostering growth and healing, our therapists work closely with clients to address their unique challenges and support them in achieving their personal wellness goals.

Med Management

Our medication management service ensures that clients receive comprehensive care that includes the careful monitoring and adjustment of medications. By evaluating the effectiveness and managing the side effects, we aim to optimize the therapeutic outcomes for those dealing with mental health conditions, ensuring a balanced approach to treatment.

Substance Abuse

Dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery in Baltimore, Maryland, our Substance Abuse program offers comprehensive treatment options including counseling, education, and support groups. Tailored to each individuals needs, our approach not only addresses the physical aspects of addiction but also the underlying emotional and behavioral patterns, promoting long-term wellness and recovery.
